Apple Cider Vinegar Drinks

Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar drink with lemon and ginger

  • 1 tablespoon Healtheries apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root or ½ teaspoon ground ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugarfree monkfruit powder or 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cups water

Apple cider drink with honey and cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Healtheries apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon manuka honey
  • Pinch cayenne pepper (add as desired)
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • ½ cup boiling water

Method

  1. For the lemon and ginger version: Mix together all the ingredients. Add additional sweetener if desired. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to allow ginger to infuse. Serve over ice if desired.
  2. For the cayenne pepper version: Mix together all the ingredients. Stir until the honey has dissolved. Add additional sweetener if desired. Place in the fridge until cold. Serve over ice if desired.
