Ingredients
Apple cider vinegar drink with lemon and ginger
- 1 tablespoon Healtheries apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root or ½ teaspoon ground ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon sugarfree monkfruit powder or 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cups water
Apple cider drink with honey and cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Healtheries apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon manuka honey
- Pinch cayenne pepper (add as desired)
- 1 ½ cups cold water
- ½ cup boiling water
Method
- For the lemon and ginger version: Mix together all the ingredients. Add additional sweetener if desired. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to allow ginger to infuse. Serve over ice if desired.
- For the cayenne pepper version: Mix together all the ingredients. Stir until the honey has dissolved. Add additional sweetener if desired. Place in the fridge until cold. Serve over ice if desired.
