- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Incorporate all ingredients in a mason jar and shake a few times.

We have used our Apple Cider Vinegar as the base for the recipe (don’t worry it’s not overpowering) to deliver a smooth dressing for salads and pastas.
Hint: Top with pine nuts if you are after some crunch!
Great with chicken salad and pasta.
