Pina Faux- lada



  • 200ml brewed and cooled Pineapple & Coconut Tea (use 2 tea bags)
  • 250ml coconut water (choose 100% coconut water)
  • 100ml lite coconut cream
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • 3 tbsp crushed or fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • Ice
  • Optional to serve: 1 tbsp desiccated or shredded coconut, pineapple wedges
Pre-chill the tea, coconut water and coconut cream for an even frostier treat!


  1. Place all ingredients (except for the ice) into a high powered blender. Mix until well combined and there are no lumps of banana or avocado.
  2. Drop a handful of ice into the bottom of four drinking glasses and top with the tea mixture.
