- 200ml brewed and cooled Pineapple & Coconut Tea (use 2 tea bags)
- 250ml coconut water (choose 100% coconut water)
- 100ml lite coconut cream
- ½ banana (frozen)
- 3 tbsp crushed or fresh pineapple
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- Optional to serve: 1 tbsp desiccated or shredded coconut, pineapple wedges
- Place all ingredients (except for the ice) into a high powered blender. Mix until well combined and there are no lumps of banana or avocado.
- Drop a handful of ice into the bottom of four drinking glasses and top with the tea mixture.
