It’s suitable for recovery, pregnancy, breastfeeding, elderly and busy people on the go. Healtheries Vitaplan is gluten-free and has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives!

Mixing with water is recommended but it may be mixed with milk for extra energy if desired. For best results, try preparing in a blender or shaker!

How to Use Vitaplan

Quick & easy to prepare with 200ml of water

Quarter fill a glass or cup with cold water
Add 9 tablespoons scoops of Vitaplan and stir well
Continue to stir while filling your glass with the remaining water
